This waveguide is a clone of the JBL 338800-001 progressive transition waveguide, I can't tell if the overall profile is an exact copy of the JBL or just really close.

Final Notes:
Both horizontal and vertical dispersion appear to be slightly wider then rated I'd put it roughly 100 x 60 degrees. Horizontal coverage is constant over most of the range but there is some waist-banding just below 2k and narrowing of the pattern in the top octave. The better throat sizing shows notable improvement in the response and dispersion in the top octave compared to the otherwise almost identical Dayton waveguide.
